Canterbury is a full bodied blend of coffee from Central America, with flavour notes of dark chocolate and black cherries. Great for those who like more “oomph” in their cup. Flavour intensity: 6
A medium/dark roasted coffee, specifically developed to perfectly cut through the milk the kiwi coffee drinker loves so much. Velvety chocolate notes with a smooth caramel, brown sugar finish. Flavour intensity: 4
This well balanced blend has medium body and low acidity. A clear bright coffee, exhibiting crisp melon flavours with subtle complexity. Flavour intensity: 2
Origins
Our coffee is batch roasted 60kg at a time according to its country or estate of origin. Each type roasts slightly differently: some benefit from a subtle lightness in colour, while others are enhanced when roasted a touch darker.Smooth velvety body with low acidity.
Brazilian coffee, using the ‘Swiss water decaffeinated” process which is completely chemical free.
